We know you have many choices when choosing an orthopaedic and sports medicine clinic in Northern California. We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Our office accepts a variety of health plans. We are in network for most health plans.
Being out of network indicates that we do not have a contract with a given insurance company. With out of network plans, patients pay at the time of service. We then provide patients with the necessary forms to obtain reimbursement from their insurance companies. In many cases, the out of pocket fees for patients are nearly the same for in network and out of network care. Our staff is very knowledgeable about this process and can help guide our patients through it.
